Please call the office as soon as possible and then use this form to report your sickness. This form does not replace doctor's certificates but it will help us to respond to unplanned absence efficiently.

Morning On Call is available from 7am - 9am

Office hours are 9am - 5pm

Evening On-Call is available from 5pm - 10pm

We want you to be on top form when you are looking after our customers. We will act as quickly as possible to cover your calls but always give us as much notice as possible.
