We are looking for experienced Care Assistants, Community Support Workers and Live-in Care Assistants seeking a company that will really value you and your career and will do the utmost to help you succeed?

We will also recruit car drivers with no previous care experience as we offer full training including The Care Certificate with workshops held at our offices. Committed, friendly, punctual, empathetic candidates will enjoy working for us.

Gracious Care is a family run business that provides tailored care and support plans that enable customers to remain independent in their own homes. We are seeking part-time, full-time and weekend care assistants to deliver support to our customers based within Kent and East Sussex.

You must have homecare experience (but see above) - preferably gained in a professional capacity, although we will consider you if you have experience providing care to family/friends.

  • Pay rates of £12.00 to £13.10 per hour weekdays; £12.95 to £14.90 per hour weekends (correct as of 08/2023). 28 days holiday pro rata; company pension. Enhanced rates for bank holidays.

  • The majority of our care visits are 1 hour plus and we regularly have block hours available
  • We provide you with our latest apps which give you access to information on the go and allow you to log in/log out of customers homes as well as providing real-time care plans

Working throughout Bromley, Beckenham, West Wickham, Orpington and Farnborough and in Robertsbridge, Rye and East Sussex

For our Orpington Office, note that currently we are looking for Care Assistants who live within easy reach of the following areas:

Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington, Chislehurst, Chelsfield, Green Street Green, Petts Wood, Farnborough, Pratts Bottom, Sevenoaks, Otford and surrounding areas.


For our Rye and Robertsbridge Office, note that currently we are looking for Care Assistants who live within easy reach of the following areas: Robertsbridge, Rye, Icklesham, Peasmarsh, Lydd, Camber, Bexhill and surrounding areas.


If you live outside of these postcodes then we would be happy to consider you for a Live-in Care Assistant role.
