We are a Living Wage Employer.
The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on the cost of living. It is voluntarily paid by over 13,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs - like the weekly shop, or a surprise trip to the dentist.
Over 400,000 employees have received a pay rise as a result of the Living Wage campaign and we enjoy cross-party support. We have a broad range of employers accredited with the Foundation including half of the FTSE 100 and big household names including Nationwide, Google, LUSH, Everton FC and Chelsea FC, as well as thousands of SMEs.
Our staff benefit from highest standards of training and are sent out with full PPE.

Be appreciated as part of our caring team
Are you looking for a new rewarding role where you can put a smile on someone’s face every day? If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you. These are some of the rewarding aspects you can expect as an employee of Gracious Care:
What a staff members said about us:
'Thank you both for believing in me back in July when you gave me the job. I have never been happier in my workplace as I have since joining Gracious Care.' Miss C.H.
One of our carers, Mrs H, wrote to express what it is to be part of the Gracious Care family and she allowed us to give you a flavour of it:
“To make a good Carer at Gracious Care you have to be friendly, patient, caring, respectful and loving to the patients and their families. Christine is a loving caring person to work for and I love working for her and with the patients and after every call I leave a smile on their faces and they leave a smile on mine and I feel it is worth the work just to see their happy faces. And their families appreciate us Carers being there”.
We at Gracious Care are flattered and grateful that our staff feel this about us and our customers. We take a pride in placing the right staff and customers together and we’re pleased that both staff and customers derive satisfaction from the work we do. These sentiments neatly express the ethos we aspire to and achieve most of the time. We are proud of our staff.
On behalf of Gracious Care and our customers, thank you Mrs H.
